T's Cooking Experiments- Trying to Cook Yummy Dishes for Hungry Tummies
Hi to all browsing through my lil blog. I'm trying to become the new domestic goddess trying my experimental cooking and baking on my guinea pig Mr. C and the two babies Sukes and Bo- you know if Sukes eats it, it couldn't be that bad!

New Chef in Town
Came home from a long day's work to find the kitchen smelling of cooking! Mr.C had had a busy day studying, buying, preping and cooking dinner.... And of course cleaning after it. Usually it's my job cooking and his job cleaning, but I kinda took advantage of the situation and played the 'oh i've had a hard day's work, so tired'... card :P
And on the menu: roasted carrots, herby breadcrumbed lemon salmon, chili broccoli with prawns and roasted funny looking potatoes which were so crispy n tasty! Usually when I make roast carrots I always cut them up into chunks but they always end up shrinking and not being enough to go around, but Mr.C roasted them whole. Thought it was a great idea and I might have to rob it!
Result:
Top notch. My sous chef had turned into head chef for the night. Absolutely YUM.Was well impressed, especially with the prawns, which I thought would have been overdone (considering Mr. C cooks probably twice a year, excluding sausages, rashers and scrambled eggs) but no they were perfect! Well done Mr.C. I might be hearing 'GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN' screamed at me a bit more from now on :P
